| Application of this Resolution |
| The resolution adopts the RTU, the remote inspection unit in irrigation works station specially developed by Zhongtian which unite the point data collecting and GPRS wireless communication module, to realize the auto collecting, real-time transferring, disposing and controlling of the information data in distance. According to the method of “application integration plus customized development”, breaking the past traditional transferring mode and the professional limitation, this resolution integrates the flood preventing and drought fighting, reservoir and bank, groundwater, water environment and water quality inspection, irrigation and auto water saving branch system in the irrigation works system into one efficient and uniform organic unit. |
